cancelled because of 'security concerns' - typical mentality of some people (didn't want to say ' asian' lest accused of being stereotypical)...
remember hello kitty @ macdonalds promotion few years back? people queued up for hours, just to buy a meal, only to throw them away, but just to collect these toys...fights, lost temper galore - ugly sides of human nature revealed.
and now i wonder how 'limited' these collections are worth now, i bet the max is SGD$10 bucks.
anna hindmarch is so-laughing to the bank right now - that she even has this FAQ for this 'phenomenon' in her website
collectible/fashionable/whatever - just be happy!
