i wish that more dentist will allow their patients to put on the ear plugs. i hate the sounds of polish and drilling in my mouth, it freaks me out - even though there weren't any pain.
other than the usual dental check-up, i have decided its time to whiten my teeth using the britesmile technology - just few days before my return trip back to the netherlands.
was i happy with the results? not really, it could have been better considering how expensive it was. but it was quite visible initially -- 4 shades whiter and you can't drink/eat anything that will make your white shirt stain (something to that effect) for the next 24 hours or so.
i guess i'm not that lucky to have the big teeth and stronger, whiter enamel compared to most caucasians.
unlike plastic surgery, there is so much you can do to your natural teeth - just like you can't change the colour of your skin.
so, based on that - i am contented, and yes, i will consider doing it again
ps: i'm not putting the before and after pics, it's disgusting since they put that 'gag-gadget' which made your jaw open wide that you can see the insides of my throat....gross!
smile!
