:: the day that I got my dream ticket [and its not even a lottery winning ticket]

As a continuation to this silly adventure...only for Madonna that I am willing to sacrifice the much deserved sleep in the weather that makes being in bed so .....GOOD!

This guy even slept overnight to book the maximum eight tickets per person.



Slept at 4 am, woke up at 7 am..and being number 21 in the queue. Just imagine the guy infront of me (no. 21) gets row 19, while I ...just 5 seconds from him, got row 21....because of the central queueing mechanism for the tickets....It was sold out within 15 minutes but fortunately for the rest of the late ones, she will have a second show in Amsterdam...



And my reward.....priceless...

:: and the holy grail is... ::

Pardon the long absence....been living life for the moment - and not so much about what to blog nowadays.

I still have so many stories to blog, but for now...let's just say that after watching "Da Vinci's Code" - my quest for the pursuit of the holy grail is even more intense.,,

Let's just say that its maybe just an excuse to go to Paris again and again for the summer....but not after a short trip back to good old Singapore...where summer is real and the rain is even more real...

:: I got Madonna's concert tickets ::

After only 3 hours of sleep and 3 hours of queing up, I have the tickets to watch the-only-one-that-I-really-to-watch-in-concert - MADONNA.

This is better than Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Robbie Williams, Janet Jackson, Pearl Jam, Metallica and other concerts that I have watched in Singapore.

Because, I will catch her 'live' in Amsterdam, Arena - come September the 3rd.

And I'm glad because the tickets sold out after 30 minutes in Holland...

ps: too tired to show the photo blog now...will do so after i have kept the tickets in a safe vault!

:: spring and at work @home ::

Spring is dawning Den Haag even though its still cold and freezing my ass off while cycling to work!



Today, I have decided to work from home ....and nobody would bother if I am wearing a pink-cowboy-hat while writing some serious proposals and recommendations ;-)

I love Europe!

:: a little help ::

I guess in weeks to come, I will be busy packing and unpacking a lot of stuff (I have 2 loadful of Lesbian luggage with me).

This is a useful link for me as it teaches how to make a t-shirt folding machine - using simple everyday things like a cardboard box ;)

Until I can snag a cardboard from a Dutch karang-guni man/woman...until then, I still hate laundry and folding clothes...

aGentX just received some pictures at my birthday 'bash' at a regular cafe near where i live.
let's just say when he's happy, he would not want to open his eyes for any photos...hahaha

It's my birthday , and the darn Tube must do some engineering work on this auspicious day (well, at least for me)....hehe

Actually, I don't do birthdays anymore...why so, when everyday can be a party and happy.

But I do hope that I will not end up having Chinese all-you-eat-buffet at Mr Wu...eating crap food that most of us (at least those from Singapore though) would not even want to consider something to eat on one's birthday....Not upmarket enough...typically snortty us Singaporeans, yes?




So, another year older and perhaps its really time to consider getting more wrinkles.
